The terms "we", "us", "our", and "ours" when used in this Privacy Policy refer to Frontier Web, which includes all its parents, subsidiaries, divisions, branches, affiliates, and/or companies under common ownership or control of Frontier Web. c. The terms "you", "your", and "yours" when used in this Privacy Policy refer to any user of this Website. d. The term "Personal Data" refers to personally identifiable information about you, such as your name, birth date, e-mail address, or mailing address.

We are continually improving and adding new functionality and features to our Website, products, services, and programs. a. We do not currently collect Personal Data from non-registered users of the Website. In the event that we do begin to collect Personal Data from non-registered users, we will update this Privacy Policy. b. We do collect a wide variety of Personal Data from registered users of the Website (the "Client" or "Clients") through our website management service which is available on the Website. c. All sensitive data is transmitted over industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connections. We use 256-bit encryption to protect transmissions over the Internet.

4. Storage of Personal Data

a. All information collected in accordance with section 3 above is stored on secured virtual private servers provided by a trusted third party. b. Our servers and databases are protected by industry standard security technology, such as firewalls and secure access protocols. See our Security Policy for more information. c. We strive to maintain the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and currency of Personal Data in our databases. d. We keep Personal Data only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal or ethical reporting or document retention requirements.

5. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

a. We use Personal Data on our own behalf only for specific and limited purposes, for example to communicate with Clients by email. b. We store Personal Data on behalf of our Clients and enable them to use said data in accordance with their own Privacy Policies. Examples of said use include: (i) display of information on a Client's website as intended by the Client; (ii) email communications on behalf of a Client to its recipients as intended by the Client. c. We do not share, sell, or distribute Personal Data to/with unrelated third parties, except under these limited circumstances: (i) third parties may receive access to Personal Data in order to handle electronic mailings on our behalf or on our Clients' behalf; (ii) we may share or transfer the information in our databases to comply with a legal requirement, for the administration of justice, to protect your vital interests, to protect the security or integrity of our databases or this Website, to take precautions against legal liability, or in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, dissolution or similar event. d. Where appropriate, before disclosing Personal Data to a third party, we contractually require the third party to take adequate precautions to protect that data.

6. Anonymous Data

a. In addition to the collection, storage, and use of data described above, we use technology to collect anonymous information about the use of our Website. This technology does not identify you personally, it simply enables us to compile statistics about our visitors and their use of our Website. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided us with their Personal Data, please contact us and we will endeavour to delete that information from our databases.

This Privacy Policy applies only to www.frontierweb.com and to other Frontier Web URLs through or from which you have reached this Website. This Website contains hyperlinks to websites that are not operated by Frontier Web. These hyperlinks are provided for your reference and convenience only and do not imply any endorsement of the activities of these third-party websites or any association with their operators. We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their data or privacy practices. We urge you to review any privacy policy posted on any website you visit before using the website or providing any Personal Data about yourself.

9. Transfer of Data Abroad

a. We may, from time to time, transfer Personal Data from one of our databases in Canada to one of our databases in another country. If the level of privacy protection in a country does not comply with recognised international standards, we will ensure that the data transferred to our databases in that country is adequately protected and that the transfer of data to third parties in such countries is made pursuant to a contract or other measures providing adequate protection. b. Currently, Frontier Web has databases in both Canada and the United States. c. The Internet is made up of a large number of international connections. By visiting this Website and communicating electronically with us, you consent to these transfers.

10. Email Marketing and Communications

a. Frontier Web only sends promotional emails to: (i) our Clients; (ii) people who have given consent to Frontier Web to receive promotional emails; (iii) people who have not opted out after having received promotional email from us. b. In each promotional email, we provide an easy and clear way to opt out of future Frontier Web emails. Opt-out requests using the opt-out link in our emails are processed automatically and go into effect immediately. Opt-out requests sent by email are processed within 10 business days. c. We never, under any circumstances, rent or sell email addresses to any other company or individual. d. We always disclose our identity in mass email communications, including the address of our headquarters location, and we always identify our mass, promotional email as advertisements. e. We never use deceiving header information or subject lines. f. We never send mass, promotional email to email addresses harvested from websites. g. When capturing email addresses via our Website, we always provide the opportunity to opt out of promotional email. h. Our email marketing and communications practices fully conform to the United States Federal CAN SPAM act and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

11. Governing Law

This privacy policy forms part of our Website Terms of Use and as such shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
